How do I book?

The fastest way to book and receive a response from the Festhalle management is to submit an inquiry through the USE INQUIRY FORM. Once you submit the form you will be emailed an immediate response with the Festhalle’s Use Application (including pricing, package and booking information)!

I didn’t receive a response after submitting the inquiry form. What should I do?

Please keep in mind when receiving these emails from our system it often goes to your junk/spam folder. What is the capacity of the Festhalle?

What are the rental hours?

Facility access for full day rental is 8:00 AM to 12:00 midnight. All events must end no later than 11:00 PM to ensure User has adequate time to vacate premises before midnight. Failure to vacate premises and return keys to staff by midnight may result in forfeiture of deposit.

Can we access the facility the day before for set-up?

You can rent the facility at a discounted rate the day prior if the facility is not in use/been rented by another group.

What are the clean-up expectations?

The client is responsible for leaving the space as they found it (i.e. disposing of all garbage into the dumpster, mopping up any spills, taking all decor, food and rentals off property). Additional clean-up and breakdown services depend on the type of package purchased. Optional clean-up services can also be added to any package.

What are the Festhalle policies?

  • Liquor permits are required
  • Insurance certificate is required
  • Payment Policy:
    • $500 “booking portion” of the Deposit is required at the time of signing your contract and must be paid in full in order to confirm reservation. The Deposit will apply to all building facilities, furnishings, grounds, equipment, and keys to the building. Security / Damage / Cleaning. Deposits will be refunded in full if inspection of the premises for damage/cleaning is satisfactory and building keys are returned in a timely fashion. All deposits will be itemized on the Rental Agreement.
    • A non-refundable reservation fee (50% of the total rental fee) must be paid within 6 months of use. This fee will be applied toward the rental cost or cancellation fee.
    • Balance of rental fee, including Janitorial, Security Personnel, and other miscellaneous
      deposits and fees, if applicable, are due 14 days prior to first contract use date.
    • To ensure the return of your full deposit, please make sure you have the Festhalle Manager check the facility. If there is no damage or clean-up required, the full deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the “Festhalle Rental Agreement” will result in the loss of the “booking portion” of the Deposit. Cancellation within 6 months of the event will also result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of any and all “Use Fees.” Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in loss of booking rights.

Are tables and chairs included in the rental rate?

Yes, depending on the package you select (this information will be emailed to you when you submit the USE INQUIRY FORM! We have a selection of round, 6′ and 8′ banquet tables and 550 chairs. We will reach out to confirm the final table and chair needs 2 weeks prior to your event.

Do you supply table linen and napkins?

YES, table linen and linen napkins are an optional add-on! An add-on guide will be emailed to you separately when you submit the USE INQUIRY FORM.

Do you offer setup, clean-up or bartending services?

YES! Additional services are an optional add-on. An add-on guide will be emailed to you separately when you submit the USE INQUIRY FORM.

Do you offer catering, photography, flowers, specialty rentals or other event services?
